v0.4 - feathers

v0.4 - Tweaking level layout and geometry a bit.

Stamina will now be displayed as a circular indicator in the upper right corner.

Golden feather collectibles will increase the jump height and the max stamina, letting you reach more distant areas. 4 feathers will roughly double the jump height of the birb, hence unlocking a lot of previously inaccessible areas and speeding up traversal. (It is possible to collect total of 7 feathers in the build)

It will probably be the main exploration loop and the way to progress in the game.
